Michael Ashdown

 

As a director within the VAT group, Michael advises a wide range of clients, principally on international VAT issues.

Michael has assisted a number of clients in the Far East in reviewing their warehousing regimes and their customs and VAT legislation in particular, to ensure that they conform to the requirements of a major commodity exchange. Michael also advises clients on issues involving the purchase, ownership and chartering of yachts and aircraft.

Michael was one of the authors of the Tolley's (now Tottel's) VAT Digest on International Services.
