Jeff Webber

Jeff Webber

Jeff is a director in the Tax Support for Professionals team, delivering a wide range of corporate and personal tax advice to professional intermediary clients including accountants, solicitors and IFAs. He has a particular interest in property and corporate finance tax and is one of our stamp taxes specialists.

After completing a research doctorate Jeff joined HM Revenue & Customs as a direct-entrant Inspector of Taxes. He left in 1980 to work as a manager at a large accountancy firm where he looked after tax compliance and planning for a portfolio of corporate and personal clients. He subsequently moved to a Big 4 firm where he focused on tax planning, mainly in relation to M & A. He has been a Taxline consultant since 1994.
