Alison is a senior tax consultant in our Employer Tax Group. After 15 years with the Inland Revenue Alison joined a Top 10 firm of accountants in London where she provided advice on PAYE/NIC/CIS compliance issues, support and assistance with HMRC reviews and delivered training courses.


She specialises in advising public sector, quoted and private clients (covering a wide range of trades, industries and professions) on construction industry issues along with PAYE/NIC, particularly following HMRC reviews and investigations. Alison's expertise in the new Construction Industry Scheme has assisted many of her clients, ensuring the scheme is correctly implemented (avoiding hefty penalties) and more recently with the new scheme implemented in April 2007.
