Evidence from any electronic source – laptops, digital cameras, Blackberrys, etc – can be captured and analysed. We then create ‘tamperproof’ digital images which are admissible as evidence in Court. However, this must be done according to strict protocols to avoid problems.
We can put technology to work for you in a variety of other ways too, using data mining to identify unusual trends and transactions or capturing electronic data and digitising hard-copy documents to comply with disclosure orders. This enables you to remotely search and access documents more efficiently without the need for investing in your own expensive technology .
