Sir Robert McAlpine
BDO has provided financial and commercial advisory services to Sir Robert McAlpine on several PFI and BSF projects. We are currently advising on the Somerset Building Schools for the Future project, where we are providing procurement and financial advice to the Sir Robert McAlpine bidding consortium.
Morgan Sindall
BDO is currently providing commercial and financial advice to Morgan Sindall in respect of the Hull BSF project. This is a full service advisory role, including advising on and helping structure the overall financial package for the Project; assisting in negotiations with Hull CC and advice on raising funds for the required project investment.
Carillion/Kajima
We are advising a consortium comprising Carillion and Kajima on the Warwickshire Library and Heritage Centre PFI project. Our role is to provide full commercial advisory services, including negotiation with potential funders and developing the project financial model.
Costain
BDO advised the Costain/William Verry Construction consortium on their successful bid for the £75m Kent grouped schools PFI project. We provided the full range of financial and commercial advisory services at all stages from PQQ through to project close. Our role included developing the project financial model, advising on funding arrangements and negotiations with the procuring authority.
