Our Alliance brings together three leading organisations in their field, BDO, FranklinCovey (FC) and Influence at Work (IAW), who offer a unique approach to NHS clients. We enjoy working together on a broad range of projects from leadership and organisational development for Clinical Commissioning Groups, to demand and capacity management, and performance improvement projects in the wider NHS.
Our overall approach to working with clients recognises that people are at the heart of everything we do. While process knowledge and expertise is vital, well engaged teams of highly effective people can compensate for poor processes. The reverse is rarely true.
