Clinical commissioning groups

The evolution of the healthcare reforms and in particular the role of clinical commissioning groups (CCGs) has been closely followed by NHS professionals, the media and the public. Although those at the forefront of rolling out CCGs in England will undoubtedly face a number of challenges, they are presented with a fantastic opportunity to really shape the healthcare provision in their area to suit patient needs.

It is likely that while much of the change will be process driven, the people, behaviours  and relationships will be crucial to the effectiveness of those processes within CCGs. To support its offering to CCGs, BDO has formed an alliance with FranklinCovey and Influence at Work, known as the 'BDO Alliance'.

The BDO Alliance combines the professional services background of BDO required to implement the  necessary structural, processes and  governance with the leading edge leadership, organisational development and behavioural change capability of FranklinCovey and Influence at  Work.
