New tax investigations book from BDO Partner

Daniel Dover, Partner at BDO, is aiming to help taxpayers nationwide improve their chances of getting through a tax investigation with a new book.

The Taxman Always Rings Twice is Daniel’s fourth book in co-authorship with esteemed writer and business editor Tim Hindle, following their highly successful titles An Inspector Calls, An Inspector Returns, and War or Peace: Skirmishes with the Revenue.

Described as ‘The chilling story of an enquiry into your personal tax affairs by HMRC, Her Majesty’s Revenue and Customs,’ The Taxman Always Rings Twice is written in the style of a set of notes for a movie trailer and illustrated by Private Eye cartoonist Ed McLachlan.
