Shareholder value: strategic planning for growth

Our Shareholder Value Seminar was held at our offices at Baker Street on Thursday 13 October aimed at senior management and key decision makers of professional services firms which discussed how to shape and maintain a healthy business and continue to create opportunities for future growth while increasing shareholder value.

Presentations included:-

  • Alan Froggatt, Principal, Touchstone Advisers, who analysed the outlook and challenges in the current market with particular emphasis on strategic planning and management challenges
  • Christopher Clark from BDO who discussed strategies for increasing shareholder value with a particular focus on how raising finance and M&A can facilitate this
  • Benjamin Viney provided an overview of the key leadership challenges in Professional Services firms
