Plugging the affordable housing funding gap

Social housing providers will be forced to seek new sources of funding and develop new business models this year as they battle to revive their development programmes. In December 2011 we surveyed 60 senior executives from registered providers to gauge attitudes toward plugging the affordable housing gap.
