Biography

Stuart Gerber is a Partner in the Tax Investigations Team.

Stuart joined BDO LLP in 1991. Stuart runs the London Tax Investigation department and over the past 13 years has developed the team from two to 30 members. Stuart is also responsible for the National Tax Investigations unit. Stuart handles all types of serious fraud. The cases range from complex multi nationals to private individuals with offshore accounts and all industry sectors. Staurt is involved in strategy and negotiations with HMRC consisting of mainly Special Civil Investigations but also other departments within HMRC.
