Current role

Richard is a Partner in the London corporate finance team, working with our lead advisory team. He is a specialist in PFI, PPP and public sector procurement.

Experience

He has advised on numerous projects with both public sector procurers and private sector bidders for major contracts, with values ranging from £5million to £2billion.

Recent transactions include:

  • Advised a UK private healthcare organisation on three successful bids to deliver services to the Department of Health.
  • Advised NHS Trusts on bidding for contracts to deliver healthcare services
  • Advised a local authority on a full review of procurement processes and procedures
  • Advised an Emergency Services organisation on financial aspects of a major outsourced contract
  • Advised a public sector body on income and budget planning to address major financial shortfall.
