Biography

Mark has over 20 years of direct restructuring experience gained primarily in the South West of the country.

He has vast experience in dealing with businesses who find themselves in financial difficulties from larger mid-corporate entities to partnerships and sole trader businesses.

Mark has a vast wealth of experience of dealing with everything from IT and service related industries, manufacturing and printing to professional practices such as architects and surveyors. He has also dealt with numerous leisure and care businesses including a number of pubs, golf clubs, hotels and nursing homes.

Mark is a qualified Insolvency Practitioner, having been awarded the PWC prize for coming second in the country for the JIEB in 2001, and is a Fellow of the Association of Certified Chartered Accountants, having qualified in 1998. He has also undertaken a long term secondment within the restructuring team of one of the UK's largest clearing banks.
