Biography

Duncan specialises in providing assurance services to the Property Management industry and outsourcing services to global businesses.

Duncan is a Partner in the Bristol office and is the local stream head for the Business Outsourcing and Advisory team. He, and his team, have specific expertise in two distinct areas:

  • Completion of Independent Accountant’s Reviews in respect of service charges for commercial properties. Duncan has recently provided the RICS Service Charge Working Party with significant technical input on the accounting provisions of the new code.
  • Provision of outsourced services to global companies, assisting them with a suite of services that ranges from back office accounting services to management of global compliance.

Duncan has over 20 years of client facing audit and service charge experience as a Chartered Accountant. Duncan has been with BDO since 2005.
