Biography

David specialises in Corporate Finance.

David is a Director in our national Corporate Finance team, with particular experience of transactions involving Plc’s. He is a Fellow of the ICAEW and holds the Institute’s Corporate Finance qualification.

David has over 20 years corporate finance experience including IPOs, takeover offers, MBOs, acquisitions, disposals, fundraisings, business planning and strategic advice. Prior to joining BDO in March 2011 he spent several years acting as a Nominated Adviser to AIM companies both on Admission and on a retained basis.
