Lisa Benosiglio, Tax Director at BDO, will outline the significant changes to stamp duty land tax affecting high value residential property, focusing upon the impact on developers in this sector. The scope for planning to mitigate SDLT liabilities will be discussed in the context of the 2012 Budget announcements, highlighting the remaining opportunities to optimise the benefit of available reliefs.
