Birmingham - On Top Of Tax - Budget Briefing 2012

BDO Birmingham are hosting a On Top Of Tax - Budget Briefing 2012 at our Birmingham office, 125 Colmore Row on Thursday 29 March 2012.

We will:

  • Reflect on the Chancellor's Budget proposals and identify the key announcements
  • Comment on how the Budget may affect your business and your employees
  • Present the initial opportunities that we have identified
  • Provide details of new tax efficient structuring opportunities for international groups following the publication of the initial CFC rules in December 2011 
  • Provide initial thoughts on the proposed GAAR, which we understand may be included in the Budget speech.

The event promises to be a lively, interactive session and will include opportunities to talk to our tax experts.
