Birmingham – Housing Benefit and Welfare Reforms Seminar

We are currently working in a financially challenging environment and with numerous changes being proposed by the Government, it is important to ensure that we are addressing such issues head on and sharing best practice where possible.

The theme for the session is housing benefit, welfare reforms and other changes in legislation that are to affect social housing providers, and seek to share best practice with all attendees.

We will discuss the potential impact on 'Arrears Management' and potential changes that are being considered.  The session will be relevant to managers and above.

Hosted at our offices at 125 Colmore Row in Birmingham city centre, the session will include debating areas for improvement and provide a forum for discussion.
