The Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development (CIPD) has praised the Scottish government for its activities as an employer.
At the CIPD's 15th annual Recruitment Marketing Awards, the body - along with agency Newhaven - walked away with three awards.
Among the accolades was the Grand Prix Award for the stand out The Children's Panel campaign, which was described as being a highly effective initiative, which involved the recruitment of a bank of unpaid volunteers.
This is particularly noteworthy, as the CIPD recently noted that many employers in the public sector are having a difficult time taking on new members of staff.
Head of corporate marketing at the CIPD Natalie White underlined the fact that the quality of all entrants to the awards was very high.
"At the CIPD we greatly value the vital role played by recruitment marketers in building and sustaining employer brands, adding value to the business," she commented.
